She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, Victoria County Bar Association, Calhoun County Bar Association, and Texas Bar Foundation.  She has served as President of the Victoria County Bar Association, Vice-President of Habitat for Humanity of Calhoun County, and was on the Board of Directors for United Way of Calhoun County.


Carly’s practice focuses on family law, estate planning and administration, real estate and also includes representation of governmental entities, financial institutions and civil litigation. Carly is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Texas and Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Carly Wall

Carly Wall grew up outside of Philadelphia in Oley, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Oley Valley High School, Carly attended La Salle University in Philadelphia where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 2004.

Carly received her Juris Doctor Cum Laude with a concentration in Litigation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2007. During law school, she was actively involved as a member and officer of the Moot Court Board and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Carly was invited to join a moot court team that represented the law school at the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Tournament in San Diego, California. During the course of her studies, she interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the law firm of Thorp Reed & Armstrong in Philadelphia. Carly practiced family law, estate planning and estate administration in Reading, Pennsylvania before relocating to Texas in 2010.
