Sandra’s practice focuses on real estate, property owners’ associations, representation of governmental entities, including the La Salle Water Control and Improvement Districts Nos. 1A & 1B, and civil litigation.Sandra is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Property Owners Association Law. Sandra represents multiple developers across the State of Texas with regard to legal advice in connection with common-interest developments, their mandatory-membership associations of real property owners, and the individual owners of real property in common-interest developments.
Sandra is married to Russell Witte, who is the Director of Information Technology for Citizens Medical Center. They have two children, a daughter, Brianna, who graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Computer Engineering, and a son, Andrew, who attends Duke University studying Public Policy.

Sandra Witte
Sandra was born in Port Lavaca, Texas. After graduation from Calhoun High School in 1987, she attended and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. She graduated from South Texas College of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1995. Sandra was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas in 1995 and in the U. S. District Court, Southern District of Texas in 1996.
Sandra is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar Real Estate Sections, the Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association. She is a fellow member of the Calhoun County Bar Association where she currently serves as president. She has served as Director on the Board of Directors of the Cal-Com Federal Credit Union and as both Director and Chair of the State of Texas District 11B Grievance Committee.
She is president of the Friends of the Calhoun County Library and attends St. Ann’s Catholic Church and serves as lector and member of the St. Ann’s Altar Society.
